Leafs played at Maple Leaf Gardens until 1999. We made it to the Final Four that spring.

  Unfortunately, Sabres won 6-3 that night. Sabres also knocked us out of the playoffs in Round Three. The conference finals were dubbed "The Q.E.W. Series". What a Great Lake Rivalry!
